You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software and equipment (such as a PDF reader) to access and use the purchased files. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible software or hardware on your end.
SECTION 2 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All patterns, designs, images, and content available on this site are the original creative work of StitchTinyArt and are protected by copyright law.
When you purchase a pattern, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial purposes, including stitching the design for yourself, as gifts, or for sale in small quantities as a finished physical item (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital pattern file itself, in whole or in part;
- Copy, reproduce, or claim the design as your own;
- Use the pattern for mass production or commercial manufacturing without our prior written consent;
- Upload the pattern file to any file-sharing site, forum, or other platform.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our patterns constitutes a violation of copyright law and these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
