All products sold in this store are digital, downloadable files (PDF cross-stitch patterns). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been made available for download.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after purchase, except in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong file due to an error on our part
• The item was not as described

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@stitchtinyart.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, including providing a corrected file or a refund at our discretion.

Please double-check the product description, pattern size, and file format before completing your purchase, as we are unable to offer refunds for a simple change of mind once the download has been accessed.

Orders are processed and delivered automatically and instantly after payment confirmation — there is no shipping or physical delivery involved.
